Fees Payments:

Fees are payable to the North American Admissions Office.

Fees include:

  • tuition and room & board
  • school accident insurance
  • day excursions in Italy
  • towel and linen laundry service

Fees do not include:

  • airfare to and from Italy
  • bus transportation to and from the airport
  • baggage shipment
  • extended weekend trips
  • school supplies/textbooks/art supplies
  • athletic clubs
  • health insurance
  • insurance for personal effects
  • extra-curricular private lessons
  • personal courier costs

Application Fee:

A non-refundable $100.00 application fee is required to accompany the application.

Sundry Fund:

The sundry fund is invoiced in the amount of €400 EURO for the full year and €300 EURO for one semester.

The fund may include the following:

  • damage security deposit
  • registration of visas with town authorities
  • shuttle trips to and from the airport
  • additional non-scheduled optional field trips/transportation to ski resorts
  • yearbook
  • specialty: art supplies/science laboratory supplies/computer paper
  • university application fees
  • medical fees/medical visits/prescriptions
  • extra-curricular private lessons
  • athletic club

A full accounting record is kept for each student and unused funds will be reimbursed at the end of the student's term.

NB: Notice of withdrawal must be received before May 1st for Semester 1 and before October 31st for Semester 2 in order to obtain a registration and tuition fee refund. If a student withdraws at any time after the due dates, or during the semester, or is expelled from the School, the full fees are chargeable for that semester, except in cases of illness.
